My husband and I made arrangements with his work schedule and set out into the great unknown. Our destination, SAFE. I cannot tell you the impact this ministry had on me (us). We have been in the shoes of those who come to SAFE and we were so blessed to be a part of your lives for a week. The work that is being done at SAFE is vital. Knowing what is out there in this fallen world and having been to the darkside for over a decade myself, I can't express how greatful I am that there is this program that focuses souly on Jesus for healing. Its exactly what is needed to bridge the gap between addiction and salvation. Thank you for all that you do, we miss you and you are all heavy on our hearts and prayers. I am beyond impressed in a positive way at the pure dedication of Pastor Don and 'Miss Gwen' . They are tireless in their efforts to assist the ladies as they move toward healing. 'SAFE" is surely a labor of love and when one ponders on the many facets it takes to keep it running smoothly as it does ; well ...... God's hand is surely present. If you are seeking help for you, or your daughter ,or grandaughter, or friend, I suggest you visit SAFE. Your loved one will be in a safe Christian environment and out of harm's way. You will sleep better knowing she is safe at 'SAFE' For those of you who wish to donate money , time or household items ; you can rest assured your donation will be a part of the healing process for the ladies at 'Safe' No worry here about 'administrative ' costs as 'SAFE' is amazing run on all volunteer labor . You'll be blessed as you bless others by helping a woman in need get help at 'SAFE', or by donating $ or elbow grease as they are in the midst of renovating with all volunteer labor to open up more rooms to serve most ladies. I'd like mention that 'SAFE' has blessed my family in a very personal way . We owe a huge debt of gratitude to Pasor Don and his wife Gwen and all of the tireless volunteers and folks who support SAFE with donations. This place is the 'real deal' no worries .....
